Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoveScout LLC ("MoveScout," "we," "our," or "us") and its platform, website, and services (the "Service"). By using MoveScout, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MoveScout provides a platform that delivers lead information and related data to moving companies. MoveScout does not provide moving services and does not guarantee that any lead will result in a booked job or revenue.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While MoveScout aims to provide valuable moving opportunities, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• Job bookings or revenue
• Conversion rates or return on investment (ROI)

Results may vary based on location, competition, and client follow-up.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Following up with leads provided
• Managing their own sales process
• Ensuring all communication complies with applicable laws and regulations

MoveScout is not responsible for how clients contact or engage with leads. In cases where MoveScout or a third party is engaged to assist with lead follow-up or closing as part of a separate service or package, those services are subject to their own terms and do not guarantee specific results.

4. Payments & Subscription

MoveScout operates on a subscription basis.

• Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are due in advance of each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

All fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.

5. 30-Day Guarantee

MoveScout offers a 30-day guarantee for new clients. If no leads are delivered within the first 30 days, MoveScout may, at its discretion:

• Continue services at no additional cost until a lead is delivered, or
• Provide a refund of the applicable service portion

This guarantee applies only to new clients and does not guarantee job outcomes or revenue.

6. Lead Delivery

A lead is considered delivered when contact information for a potential customer is made available in the dashboard.

Leads provided by MoveScout are generated through internal marketing channels and reflect individuals who have demonstrated intent related to moving services. While MoveScout focuses on delivering qualified opportunities, we do not guarantee:

• That a lead will respond
• That a lead will convert into a booked job
• Specific business outcomes or revenue

7. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Misuse or resell data provided
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive communication

MoveScout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveScout shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

MoveScout's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period.

9. Termination

MoveScout may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle if not under a fixed-term agreement. Any custom monthly or annual agreements are subject to the terms agreed upon at signup.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
